Ex Head of Illinois Child Welfare Resigns Amidst Paternity and Theft Scandal

 



Arthur D. Bishop was a pillar in the community until he was scarred by his recent scandal. Last month, Bishop was appointed last month by Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn to run the state’s Department of Children and Family Services, but he stepped down last week following a series of media reports that revealed a theft convict ion and paternity case in his past.

School Teacher Forces Little Girls Into ‘Lesbian Kiss’ In School Exercise

 

A recent anti-bullying presentation at a middle school in New York that focused on homosexuality and gender identity has angered parents after their daughters have come home to tell them they were forced to ask another girl for a kiss. According to reports, the session occurred last week at Linden Avenue Middle School in Red Hook, New York, near Poughkeepsie. A group of students from Bard College led two workshops for the youth, separated by gender.
