Crazy Teacher Caught on Tape Beating Student on Top of Head

On Friday, a high school teacher in eastern Texas was arrested after video allegedly showed her hitting a student multiple times.

Mary Hastings, a teacher at Ozen High School, was charged with assault after the incident, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

The video allegedly shows Hasting slapping a student multiple times in the head and calling the student “idiot a**.”

She also made a lot of monkey sounds after striking the young man.

After the video emerged, Hastings was immediately taken out of the classroom, and she has been placed on administrative leave while her contract is being reviewed and while the district evaluates the situation, according to Special Assistant to the Superintendent Nakisha Myles Burns.

On Monday, she was arrested — accused of having sex with a student, the Alabama Media Group reported.

Two days later, her husband was arrested on the same charge, involving a different victim.

James “Jamie” Parker was booked into the Pickens County Jail and charged with engaging in a sex act with a student under the age of 19 as a school employee, according to District Attorney J. Chris McCool.

Charli Parker also faces accusations of carrying on a sexual relationship with a student, from October 2014 until March 2016, according to court documents.

After the arrests, Jamie and Charli Parker were suspended from their positions at Pickens Academy, according to statements from the school in Carrollton, Ala., not far from the Mississippi border.

“I want to make clear that none of the crimes occurred on campus at [Pickens Academy] and that the administration there has cooperated fully with the investigation,” McCool, the district attorney, said in an email to The Post on Friday.

McCool told The Post that Jamie Parker’s alleged victim is a former female student; Charli Parker’s alleged victim is a male student.

 Ohio Teacher Gets Contract Terminated for Racial Statement about President Obama

One Cincinnati teacher, Gil Voigt is accused of making a racist remark to a black student and he lost his job after a labor hearing.

Gil Voigt was a Fairfield Freshman School science teacher since 2000. He has been on unpaid leave since December when he told a student who had professed his desire to follow in the footsteps of President Barack Obama that "we do not need another black president."

 A state referee from the Fairfield Board of Education said Thursday "There is good and just cause to terminate the teaching contract.” The board voted 4-0 to end his employment with the Butler County school system.

Voigt said the student had misquoted him in the Dec. 3 incident.

He later told Fairfield officials that what he said to the teen was "I think we can't afford another president like Obama, whether he's black or white."

That doesn’t sound right and if he did the black student would not get upset if he had added: “black or white.”

Voigt’s personnel file was reviewed and here’s what they found:

1. 1   In 2008, he was accused of calling a student an "African-American Rudolph" while aiming a laser pointer at the pupil.
2. 2 In 2013 he received a verbal warning after being accused of calling one student "stupid" and others "gay,"
3. 3 In December, he was warned for failing to use the adopted curriculum.

A Fairfield Superintendent also recommended that the board discontinue the veteran teacher's employment contract.

"The district felt that the evidence was sufficient to support the termination of Mr. Voigt's employment. The referee recommended such termination, and the board has concurred," Otten said in a statement.

Fairfield City School District, north of Cincinnati, has about 9,500 students; almost 1 in 6 is black.

 PA Judge Denies Penn State Scandal-er Jerry Sandusky Appeal

Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky's child molestation conviction will not be reviewed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, under an order issued last Wednesday.

Sandusky asked the court to take up his 45-count conviction, arguing his lawyers were rushed too quickly to trial in 2012 and that prosecutors improperly made reference to his decision not to testify.

He also said the trial judge should have issued a jury instruction about how long it took his victims to report the abuse and that jurors should not have been told to weigh evidence of his good character against all other evidence.

The state attorney general's office had countered that Sandusky did not provide sufficient basis for the Supreme Court to take up the matter, and that decisions made by the trial judge did not violate his rights.

Bridgeport Principal Caught on Tape Dragging Students Down the Hallway [VIDEO]

Elementary principal Carmen Perez Dickson of a Bridgeport, Conn., elementary school, was captured on surveillance video dragging two kindergarteners on two separate occasions. These students were drug along a school hallway floor in the spring of 2012. Dickson was put on a six month suspension for the incident and now wants to resume her duties, but outraged parents want her fired instead, according to NBC News.

Live Leak as reported the mothers of the students made the videos public.

Even though the chief administrative officer, Sandra Kase of the school system suggested Dickson be terminated, the board did not feel the same:

Kase stated: “The board did not exactly agree with us, so the action that was taken was not what we recommended. If I saw the same evidence and saw the same video today, we’d support the same recommendation we made at the time.”

So the teacher still has her job! Can you believe that?

This would be a parent's worse nightmare but we are happy this father caught them in the act or it could have been worse.

A high school hall monitor who worked at Robbinsdale Cooper High School in Minneapolis has been arrested after being caught naked with a student by the 17-year-old girl's father.

The 41-year-old was charged with sexual assault on Friday, after the girl's father returned home early and found the man in his daughter's bedroom.

The report says:

After hearing strange noises, the father walked into his daughter's bedroom and saw a naked Tajreed Rich standing over his daughter, who was naked on her bed.

The father, who has not been named, recognized Rich from the school and the family called police later that day.

Rich, who had counseled students at the high school about relationships and had previously helped coach a cheer leading squad at a different school, was fired by Robbinsdale Cooper on Monday.

The teenager, who has not been named, alleges that she had intercourse with Rich twice.
He confirmed this to police, telling them they had sex once at his home and once at her house. Rich added that he did not use a condom on either occasion, according to Fox9.

This disgraceful mentor did not use a condom on a teenage girl? What was he thinking or was he?

A Robbinsdale Cooper High School statement said: 'This is a horrible incident, and the district finds acts such as this reprehensible. The safety and well-being of our students is our top priority, and our hearts go out to the family during this time.'
At a conference about the incident, County Attorney Mike Freeman said: '[It's] a tragedy for any father [who] comes home and finds his daughter in bed with another man'.
'He’s 41, she’s 17 ... He’s a hall monitor. I mean, the charge here is a position of authority. I think parents have a right to expect when their kids are at school that people employed at that school are not going to mess with their daughters, or sons, for that matter,' he told the StarTribune.

Rich is being held in Hennepin County Jail on third-degree criminal sexual conduct and if convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison and a $30,000 fine, CBS Minnesota said.

An American teacher at a top French school in Shanghai has reportedly been detained by authorities on suspicions of sexually assaulting at least seven students.

The alleged abuse by a male teacher at the Lycee Francais de Shanghai came to light after families filed formal accusations against him, claiming he raped and sexually abused children of both genders, the AFP reports.

The teacher was arrested last month, and Chinese police have launched an investigation.
"As parents we are devastated," one mother told AFP, declining to reveal her identity for privacy concerns.

A notice sent to parents referred to “sexual assaults,” but the school has not provided additional details.

The U.S. Consulate in Shanghai has declined comment.
