 Houston Middle School Teacher Charged with Giving Student Lap Dance

Felicia Smith, 42, a teacher at Stovall Middle School in Houston, Texas, has been charged with improper relationship with a student after giving a student a birthday lap dance in front of the entire class, reports KHOU.com.

According to a male student, “Ms. Smith” grabbed his journal and stopped him from talking to his friends as he walked into his third-period class. He said he sat at his desk, and after the tardy bell rang, she placed a chair in front of the room. Music started playing and the entire class of middle school students began yelling and telling him to sit down. It was his birthday.

The student said he sat down and Ms. Smith gave him a full contact lap dance, rotating her buttocks against him and rubbing her hands all over his body. Ms. Smith also got on her knees in front of him and placed her head between his legs. The student admitted that he slapped Ms. Smith on the buttocks a few times.

At the end of the dance, Ms. Smith wrapped her arms around the student and he gave her bottom another squeeze. She hugged him and said “I love you, baby. Happy birthday,” according to documents.

 The teacher admitted to authorities she gave the boy a lap dance and the students were laughing. She's being charged with a criminal act of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a student. Felicia Smith has been removed from the campus during the investigation and was granted a $30,000 bond.

A mother and her 8 year old child claim that the child’s North Carolina school would not allow her to write about Jesus as her hero for a class project.

The teacher at Cerro Gordo Elementary School in North Carolina had a class assignment and were recently asked to write about who they consider to be a hero and explain their decision.

Little Ryleigh Watts chose write on Jesus. Unfortunately, when she turned in her rough draft, the teacher told her to choose a different topic, according to her mother.

"I think she should have freedom to write about what she wants to write about,” Heather Watts, Ryleigh’s mother, said. “If she wants to write about Jesus, she should write about Jesus.”

For some reasons school officials told a NBC affiliate that the incident didn’t happen. Hmm. It surely seems like the school may have something to hide because this is a violation of the student's rights and it is clear the teacher was wrong. The photo above surely proves the teacher is acting on anti-Christ intentions. This is just a shame that the world continually wants to shove Jesus' name under the rug. It can't be done folks! Wake up!

Colorado Springs Area Teacher Arrested On Sex Assault Count

Report says:

Colorado Springs Police say a high school teacher has been arrested on suspicion of having an inappropriate relationship with a female student.

Authorities say 30-year-old Roger Thomas French Jr. was arrested Thursday on a charge of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.

A message left on French’s phone wasn’t immediately returned and online jail records didn’t indicate whether he had an attorney. Bail was set at $25,000.

Police say French taught at Mesa Ridge High School in the Widefield School District in southern Colorado Springs.

Police say they believe the alleged relationship was an isolated incident but they are still investigating.

Now this teacher is the worst of the worst! There is a possible health crisis spreading in Dougherty County. The local police are reporting that a former Dougherty County elementary school teacher, who was nonimated as Teacher of the Year, was indicted for child molestation and is HIV positive as of three days ago. Philip Burns, 28, left his job teaching third grade at Lamar Reese Elementary School for a job in Muscogee County last year. WALB reports:

Prosecutors say none of his students were involved in the sexual crimes Burns has been indicted for but they say Burns targeted 15-year old boys through a fraternity in which Burns was a member.

"The boys who he targeted were a part of the junior league of that fraternity," said Dougherty County School Police Assistant Chief J.C. Phillips. "So when they were at a function mentoring a function, he just kind of showed up. Introduced himself to the boys, and weaseled his way in that way. When Dougherty County School Police heard the complaint about Burns from the 15 year old boy's parent, Burns was no longer an employee of their schools, but police officials would not let a potential child predator possibly endanger other children."There was a hideous crime that had been committed.

The possibility of several different incidents," said Dougherty County School Police Chief Troy Conley. "And although he had moved on, and was no longer here in Dougherty County, we did have information he was part of a school system in Muscogee County, Georgia." "He had to be stopped. We didn't want to just shift our problem off to another school system and let him continue his behavior there," said Phillips.Burns was arrested in November 2012, and the Albany District Attorney's Office then learned Burns was HIV positive, and charged him with felony reckless conduct. Now the D.A. and School Police Investigators are reaching out to other victims they may not know about.

"There is always the possibility that there may have been other victims out there. And hopefully if they are, they will develop the courage to come forward," said Conley. "We're concerned about their well being and their health at this point."

The scandalous teacher Philip Burns was indicted on five counts of molesting young boys. Prosecutors charge he sexually molested one boy, and asked another boy to send sexual pictures of himself. Dougherty County School Police ask anyone else with concerns about Philip Burns to call them at 431-1812 and to seek medical treatment at once. Burns is out of jail on bond. Investigators contacted the state Professional Standards Commission to make sure he is kept out of other schools.
