Crazy Teacher Caught on Tape Beating Student on Top of Head

On Friday, a high school teacher in eastern Texas was arrested after video allegedly showed her hitting a student multiple times.

Mary Hastings, a teacher at Ozen High School, was charged with assault after the incident, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

The video allegedly shows Hasting slapping a student multiple times in the head and calling the student “idiot a**.”

She also made a lot of monkey sounds after striking the young man.

After the video emerged, Hastings was immediately taken out of the classroom, and she has been placed on administrative leave while her contract is being reviewed and while the district evaluates the situation, according to Special Assistant to the Superintendent Nakisha Myles Burns.

Felicia Smith, 42, a teacher at Stovall Middle School in Houston, Texas, has been charged with improper relationship with a student after giving a student a birthday lap dance in front of the entire class, reports KHOU.com.

According to a male student, “Ms. Smith” grabbed his journal and stopped him from talking to his friends as he walked into his third-period class. He said he sat at his desk, and after the tardy bell rang, she placed a chair in front of the room. Music started playing and the entire class of middle school students began yelling and telling him to sit down. It was his birthday.

The student said he sat down and Ms. Smith gave him a full contact lap dance, rotating her buttocks against him and rubbing her hands all over his body. Ms. Smith also got on her knees in front of him and placed her head between his legs. The student admitted that he slapped Ms. Smith on the buttocks a few times.

At the end of the dance, Ms. Smith wrapped her arms around the student and he gave her bottom another squeeze. She hugged him and said “I love you, baby. Happy birthday,” according to documents.

 The teacher admitted to authorities she gave the boy a lap dance and the students were laughing. She's being charged with a criminal act of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a student. Felicia Smith has been removed from the campus during the investigation and was granted a $30,000 bond.

Report says:

Colorado Springs Police say a high school teacher has been arrested on suspicion of having an inappropriate relationship with a female student.

Authorities say 30-year-old Roger Thomas French Jr. was arrested Thursday on a charge of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.

A message left on French’s phone wasn’t immediately returned and online jail records didn’t indicate whether he had an attorney. Bail was set at $25,000.

Police say French taught at Mesa Ridge High School in the Widefield School District in southern Colorado Springs.

Police say they believe the alleged relationship was an isolated incident but they are still investigating.

Even his girlfriend whose a band instructor at Manatee Academy K-8, is charged with being an accessory after the fact, officials said through WPTV.  “...We arrested Dominic L. Madison, a teacher at Treasure Coast High School,” Sheriff Ken J. Mascara said in a prepared release. “He faces 39 charges of sexual activity with minors and one count of using a child in a sexual performance. He is being held at the St. Lucie County jail under $1,535,000 bond.”

A jury has convicted a former Mango Elementary school teacher of performing sex acts on a 12-year-old former student.

Ethel Anderson was convicted on all nine counts of lewd and lascivious behavior.

Prosecutors say Anderson had oral sex and other sexual contact with the boy, whom she tutored on Saturdays at her Riverview home in 2011 and early last year a home she shared with her husband and kids.

"We would make out, tongue kiss," the victim says in testimony during the trial on Tuesday. 10 News is not identifying the victim, who is now 14 years old.

"The story is remarkable. Not true, it didn't happen," says Anderson's attorney Will Knight. During closing arguments, Knight tells the jury the victim made up the story.

"Because he's angry, he's been told he's failing. Does he want to be a 13-year-old in 5^th grade? Right after that is when he made the allegations."

But in the end, prosecutor Rita Peters convinced jurors that more than 230 explicit texts Anderson admits to sending the boy backs up his story.

This would be a parent's worse nightmare but we are happy this father caught them in the act or it could have been worse.

A high school hall monitor who worked at Robbinsdale Cooper High School in Minneapolis has been arrested after being caught naked with a student by the 17-year-old girl's father.

The 41-year-old was charged with sexual assault on Friday, after the girl's father returned home early and found the man in his daughter's bedroom.

The report says:

After hearing strange noises, the father walked into his daughter's bedroom and saw a naked Tajreed Rich standing over his daughter, who was naked on her bed.

The father, who has not been named, recognized Rich from the school and the family called police later that day.

Rich, who had counseled students at the high school about relationships and had previously helped coach a cheer leading squad at a different school, was fired by Robbinsdale Cooper on Monday.

The teenager, who has not been named, alleges that she had intercourse with Rich twice.
He confirmed this to police, telling them they had sex once at his home and once at her house. Rich added that he did not use a condom on either occasion, according to Fox9.

This disgraceful mentor did not use a condom on a teenage girl? What was he thinking or was he?

A Robbinsdale Cooper High School statement said: 'This is a horrible incident, and the district finds acts such as this reprehensible. The safety and well-being of our students is our top priority, and our hearts go out to the family during this time.'
At a conference about the incident, County Attorney Mike Freeman said: '[It's] a tragedy for any father [who] comes home and finds his daughter in bed with another man'.
'He’s 41, she’s 17 ... He’s a hall monitor. I mean, the charge here is a position of authority. I think parents have a right to expect when their kids are at school that people employed at that school are not going to mess with their daughters, or sons, for that matter,' he told the StarTribune.

Rich is being held in Hennepin County Jail on third-degree criminal sexual conduct and if convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison and a $30,000 fine, CBS Minnesota said.

A middle school teacher and coach was arrested after he met with an undercover agent in his Covina classroom allegedly with the intent to watch child pornography together, authorities announced Thursday.

John David Boyle, 49, allegedly spoke online with an undercover agent who he believed shared his sexual interest in “young boys,” Thom Mrozek, spokesman for a U.S. Attorney in California, said in a news release.

“Boyle set up an in-person meeting with the undercover agent in his classroom at the school on (June 2) believing that the purpose of the meeting was to engage in sexual activity while watching child pornography together,” Mrozek said.

The undercover agent met Boyle in his classroom Sunday at Royal Oak Middle School, where he offered the teacher child pornography. When Boyle took possession of it, other agents entered the room.

Boyle was not arrested at the time, but he did give investigators permission to take over several of his online accounts, including the email address JuniorHighCoach@yahoo.com

That email address, investigators said, was allegedly used to distribute child pornography. Investigators said they found evidence in Boyle’s Skype account that he may have made sexual contact with minors.

A search of Boyle’s computers uncovered videos depicting child pornography, Mrozek said.

After combing through Boyle’s digital footprint from Sunday to Tuesday, authorities arrested the Covina educator Wednesday morning.

High School educator accused of having sex with student in Office

A Spring High School assistant principal is accused of having sex with a student in his office during a prom event last year, after suspicions of inappropriate relationships had persisted for several months, officials said.

Mark West was charged with 'improper relationship with a student' for an incident on May 12, court records show. West has been on administrative leave since an investigation into the incident that began in February. He resigned on last Friday.

Though investigators say West denies the charges, he was arrested last week on $30,000 bail.
Reports say:

During the 2011-2012 school year, high school administrators began to investigate West after suggestions surfaced of inappropriate relationships with students, according to a criminal complaint. Young women were seen laughing and smiling, with their disheveled hair and clothing as they left "closed-door meetings" in his office, the document said.

Spring ISD police last year began to investigate an allegation that West had inappropriately touched a female student, but no criminal charges were filed because of a lack of evidence, according to the complaint. School administrators told West to stop behavior that involved any physical contact with students, officials said.

The associate principal told West in December to stop having closed-door meetings with female students. In January, Spring High School Principal Donna Ullrich told him that staff members and students continued to complain about his inappropriate behavior with students, records show.

Investigators eventually connected a name with the allegations and tracked down a teenager who is now attending college. The former student told investigators that when she was a senior, she had sex with West in his office during a prom event.

"I want to assure you that the safety of our students is of the highest importance at Spring High School," Ullrich said in a letter sent home to parents. "The administration at Spring High School takes every allegation seriously and will conduct a thorough investigation and expose inappropriate behavior when necessary."

A science teacher at McKinley Technology High School in Northeast D.C. was arrested Friday and charged with production of child pornography.

Police say 29-year-old John Solano allegedly sent and received explicit photos of himself to and from male high school students electronically.

D.C. Public Schools say Solano was immediately put on administrative leave.

"This afternoon a teacher was arrested at McKinley Technology High School. The teacher was immediately put on administrative leave. We are working closely with MPD and other law enforcement to ensure that the right steps are being taken to support our students and keep them safe.

"We are deeply unsettled about this incident. Student safety is our top priority. We are taking the appropriate measures to help support our students through this difficult time. We will continue to work with MPD and we will provide additional pertinent communications to our parents and school community. All questions related to the specifics of this case should be directed to MPD."
