PA Judge Denies Penn State Scandal-er Jerry Sandusky Appeal
Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky's child molestation conviction will not be reviewed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, under an order issued last Wednesday.
Sandusky asked the court to take up his 45-count conviction, arguing his lawyers were rushed too quickly to trial in 2012 and that prosecutors improperly made reference to his decision not to testify.
He also said the trial judge should have issued a jury instruction about how long it took his victims to report the abuse and that jurors should not have been told to weigh evidence of his good character against all other evidence.
The state attorney general's office had countered that Sandusky did not provide sufficient basis for the Supreme Court to take up the matter, and that decisions made by the trial judge did not violate his rights.

teacher at Cerro Gordo Elementary School in North Carolina had a class
assignment and were recently asked to write about who they consider to
be a hero and explain their decision.

chose write on Jesus. Unfortunately, when she turned in her rough
draft, the teacher told her to choose a different topic, according to
her mother.
For some reasons school officials told a NBC affiliate that the incident didn’t happen. Hmm. It surely seems like the school may have something to hide because this is a violation of the student's rights and it is clear the teacher was wrong. The photo above surely proves the teacher is acting on anti-Christ intentions. This is just a shame that the world continually wants to shove Jesus' name under the rug. It can't be done folks! Wake up!"I think she should have freedom to write about what she wants to write about,” Heather Watts, Ryleigh’s mother, said. “If she wants to write about Jesus, she should write about Jesus.”

Young Man Gets 5 years for Defrauding Other Blacks as Phony Hedge Fund Founder
This young man from Manhattan who made folks believe he was the “youngest African-American hedge fund founder in history,” was sentenced to 63 months in prison by a federal judge. The judge also blasted the Bureau of Prisons for allowing this young con man to teach a course on finance to fellow inmates. His name is Frederick Douglas Scott and his life was one big lie which he continued trying to convince people, even in Brooklyn Federal Court to the judge, of all people.

Judge Joe Brown arrested on contempt of court charges
Former TV judge, Judge Joe Brown was jailed on a contempt of court charge issued by a Tennessee juvenile judge Monday, according to a court spokesman.
The 66 year old Judge Joe Brown was sentenced to five days in jail after he became “pretty raucous” and “challenged the authority” of Magistrate Harold Horne, another judge told CNN. He was later released on his own recognizance, CNN Memphis affiliate WMC-TV reported, citing the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.
